Daily Routine

  • 7:00 a.m. Breakfast could be one of my favorite meals; I usually eat some cereal, pancakes, potatoes, or my favorite – an omelet. I also like to include a shake of protein.
  • 8:00 a.m. I enjoy practicing in the mornings, typically practice several putting games from 45 min. to an hour.
  • 9:00 a.m. An hour of hitting balls at the range and working on my swing. I try not to repeat the same shot. Always vary my target – left, right, long, or short of the pin. It helps to practice in my feeling.
  • 10:00 a.m. Short game from 45 min. to an hour. I like to put some pressure in my practice with 10 or straight up and downs.
  • 12:30 p.m. Lunch – I like to cook some grilled chicken or meat, and rice with vegetables.
  • 2:00 p.m. Three hours on the course, play 9 or 18 holes.
  • 6:00 p.m. Warm up with 20 to 25 min. of cardio. It varies from running to work on the elliptical.
  • 6:30 p.m. 45 min. of weight training. I like to do six different exercises with high reps, sometimes 20 to 25. At the end of my workout I do the TPI stretch exercises for 10 min.
  • 8:00 p.m. – Dinner
