BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by SYNNEX Corporation - Round Two

As a professional golfer, playing and training year-round is tough physically, mentally and emotionally. It is important for me to keep my body in the best shape possible. Golf is slowly gaining respect for the physical demands it places upon the body. More and more golfers are cross training and utilizing the gym and bodywork specialists to keep up with this demanding schedule. As an athlete from a young age playing all sports, I realized early the correlation between training and fueling my body correctly and performing well on the course. I train daily in the gym utilizing weights, bands and stretching aids in order to prepare for tournaments. I work with my trainer and nutrition adviser, Joelle Daniel, who pays very close attention to detail in both my eating habits on and off the course and my training and rest routines. We prioritize our workouts based on travel schedules, tournaments, and off-season schedules in order to peak at the needed times throughout the year. He takes care of my soft tissue work and keeps my body in good working order to perform well. He is a vital addition to my team. The gym is a great escape mentally for me, and keeps my mind well-rested as well as my body in function. Working out is a large part of my success in sports thus far and it will long continue in my sporting career.
